Ms. Bernardita M. Navarra, Chief of the DOLE-NLFO highlighted the importance of teamwork in the successful career guidance activities conducted in the past two months.

“We are thankful for the strong support of our PESO Managers who are always with DOLE in every career coaching we conduct. And of course, we also appreciate the schools’ administrators and guidance counsellors for taking part in our goal to give our graduating students the necessary guidance and information before they move to the higher level”, said Ms. Navarra.

Career coaching provides students a bridge between school and work and assists them in choosing an appropriate and sensible career. This is one of DOLE’s effort to address the job mismatch problem in the country.
